Terra Sonic TSI 150T

The Terra Sonic TSi 150 Truck uses the newest and most powerful sonic technology available. This improved design utilizes specialized oscillators that generate a range of frequencies up to 150 HZ. This powerful sonic energy is delivered through the drill string, allowing for an impressively rated depth of over 800’ with 6” casing and is capable of advancing casing sizes up to 12” in diameter.  The angle or vertical capable TSi 150T is not only extremely powerful, but if bedrock is present, it can also easily be adapted to rotary drill, wire-line core, or conventional core in various sizes.  Our Sonic rigs are equipped to collect split-spoon and/or SPT samples using a 140 lb. automatic sampling hammer, meeting all ASTM-D-1586-99 requirements. The TSi 150T rigs are both DOT and emissions legal in all 50 states.

The Terra Sonic TSi 150 Track Mounted rig is the same exact unit as the truck version, only mounted on tracked equipment. It has the same powerful 150HZ oscillator and adaptability to convert to a rotary or core methods: the only difference is the afforded all-terrain accessibility with this package. These rigs have angle capabilities as well and are equipped to collect split-spoon and/or SPT samples using a 140 lb. automatic sampling hammer, meeting all ASTM-D-1586-99 requirements.  The TSi 150 track-mounted rigs are both DOT and emissions legal in all 50 states.

Don’t let the compact nature of these units fool you. The TSi 150 Compact Crawlers are as powerful as their brethren, equipped with the same 150HZ oscillator and can convert to a rotary or core methods as well.  The only difference is these rigs are built on a mini crawler platform, designed to drill in tight spots where full-size equipment doesn’t fit.  These rigs have angle capabilities and are also equipped to collect split-spoon and/or SPT samples using a 140 lb. automatic sampling hammer, meeting all ASTM-D-1586-99 requirements.  The TSi 150 compact crawler rigs are both DOT and emissions legal in all 50 states.
